- Returns
Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the completed delivery date. All pieces must be unworn and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
Before returning your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team outlining the circumstances and reason for your return. Please keep your order and tracking numbers for your records.
- Faulty Products
All of our products go through extensive quality control to ensure longevity. Each piece is hand measured and checked for sizing accuracies, correct production techniques and details.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service team to organise a replacement or refund.
- Exchanges
Exchanging your purchase for a different size may be possible depending on our stock availabilities. Please reach out to our customer service team to organise.
- Care Instructions
Please note that there are very clear care instructions on the front left pocket bag and website product page outlining how to correctly care for your garment. We are not able to offer any refunds or exchanges if these instructions have not been followed closely.
